PNV Leads Privacy Policy

PNV Leads operates a local service marketplace that helps homeowners submit project requests and lets service professionals review and purchase access to matched requests.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, post a project, create a professional profile, contact us, or make a purchase. This can include your name, email address, phone number, project details, service area, business details, and payment-related transaction records. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by PNV Leads.
How we use information
We use information to operate the marketplace, review project requests, match requests with relevant professionals, process lead-access purchases, prevent misuse, provide support, and improve the service.
How project contact information is shared
Posting a project is free. When you submit a request, you authorize PNV Leads to review it and to share your contact details with matched service professionals who purchase access to contact you about that request. We do not guarantee that you will receive responses or hire a professional. You decide whether to engage any professional and make final arrangements directly with them.
Service professionals
Professionals can see project information necessary to evaluate a request. Private homeowner contact details are available only after a qualifying professional purchases access to the matched request. Professionals are responsible for their own communications, quotes, work, licenses, insurance, and compliance with applicable law.
Service providers and advertising measurement
We use vendors that help run the service, including Base44 for application infrastructure, Stripe for payment processing, and Meta Pixel to measure visits and project-submission conversions from our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta Pixel receives browser activity such as page visits and conversion events. We do not send it the name, email address, phone number, project description, or other contact details you enter in a project request. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account or project information by emailing privacy@pnvleads.com. We may retain limited information where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or completed transaction records.
