PNV Leads is a marketplace that helps homeowners post local service requests and helps service professionals discover relevant project opportunities. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Homeowner requests
Posting a project is free and does not create a commitment to hire. PNV Leads may review requests before they are shown to professionals. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, credentials, or response of any professional.
Professional lead access
Professionals may pay a one-time fee to unlock a matched homeowner’s contact details. This payment purchases access to the lead only. It is not a payment for home-improvement work and does not guarantee contact, a quote, a job, or a completed project.
Your responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, use the marketplace lawfully, and respect other users’ privacy. Professionals are solely responsible for their licensing, insurance, qualifications, quotes, communications, work, and compliance with applicable law. Homeowners are responsible for selecting and contracting with professionals.
Payments and refunds
Lead-access payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
